| Greetings, I live in Bulgaria, in the city of Sofia. Greetings from Sofia! |
| What? How are you doing man? Call us we have news. . . |
Jeff, I'm so glad you are doing so well. I'm not sure if you remember me, but I lived in Kerr Hall. I was crazy. I once ran across the Mez in my underwear. Crazy old days. I love you. |
| Nice Site. |

| Hi. I'm a jar of pee from under the bed. Nice to see you again. I'll go sit on the dresser for awhile. |
| What's up Jeff! How the hell are ya man??? Mac Short located me on MySpace today and he directed me here to check out what all you've accomplised and are accomplishing. Congratulations man! Not surprised at all! Wow, you really are making something out of life, huh?! I also see lots of familiar names on here as well. People I had NO IDEA of where they ended up. What a resource you are. I'm back in OKC...was in dallas from 98-2003..for work and finally came back to OKC...why...not real sure i earn much less here due to the low loan size average opposed to the dallas average loan size. Mortgage crap. But seriously, so glad to see you doing so well. Would love to hear from you! Take care!!! |
Congrats on all your success with Conundrum! I really look forward to hearing you again ... |
| Thank you very much and Greetings from Malaga-Spain Antonio |
Super! You are great. Xu |
Great! The idea is super :) Feng |
| True story. When I was in kindergarten, during nappy time (I was in an all day kindergarten), I would lay down there on my little, uncomfortable mat and scratch my butt. I'm not talking about the cheek, I'm talking Hole. I would then prod my neighbor to smell my greasy, tanned finger, telling him something was wrong with my finger, and to see if he could tell me why it had such a foul odor. Well, after recoiling, he could not. He smelled s**t, and I tasted victory. Both of us, however, got in trouble and we didn't get the little milk treat that you normally got after nap time. I liked white milk better, him chocolate. |
| It was a great pleasure hearing you at Drummers for Jesus in Rockwall. I'll definitely check y'all out at Terilli's. |
| HI UNCLE JEFF! WUTZ U DOIN? iM LOOKIN FORWORD TO SEEING YOU. |
| Hello, a really interesting experience to visit your website it very nice and good design. |

| Hi Jeff: Just for fun, I put D.D. Kirkland into Google and your site was listed. I am the granddaughter of Mr. Kirkland. I remember when he took me to see the brand new building of Kirkland elementary. He was so proud! |
Impressive list of groups you've worked with there, Jeff... but none as impressive as Lagweed Bruhaul. I want you to know that your mom paid us to suck at the talent show so you'd win... and see where that confidence booster has taken you. Ha. Best to you sir... Your playing always kicked my ass. |
| Hey dude, looks like you are a busy man! Just checking out your site. Keep on Keepin on. |
Jeff, what a pleasure it is to listen and pickup "new" techniques and add them to my own playing tool kit! My playing style is directly defined by who and what I listen too. Between you and Gary Willis, I am reaching new levels. Thanks for being as great as you are and sharing your talents wit the world!! Scott Neubauer |
Not only is Jeff the greatest Bass player on the planet, he is also the tallest. Bass players beware. If you try to bigtime him, or upstage him. He will EAT YOU! Where in the world is Ami Rothenburg? Dirt |
Jeff... talked to your stage manager or whoever at the Food / music fest in Dallas' West End. Absolutely great music (Conundrum)... please tell me where I can get a CD, thanks. Don Muchow muchow@earthlink.net |
Hey Jeff, enjoyed listening to your work and look forward working with you again in the NEAR future. God Bless & Take Care, slewis |

Jazz for the soul… I Listen to JAZZ when I ‘m tryin’ to get a piece of mind, or just to kick back relax and unwind. John Coltrane talks to me without saying a word like when Miles Davis calms my nevers with Bye Bye Blackbird. Listening to Dave Brubeck is one of My Favorite Things, Dizzy is to Bebop as Duke is to Swing. I put in Thelonious Monk Around Midnight and let my deep thoughts take flight. Then I settle down with Deborah Brown. Maybe end up on a hammock, or a Maiden Voyage with Herbie Hancock and pleasantly drift asleep. Where I dream I’m listneing to a set with the all times best. With JEFF PLANT on BASS, Art Blakey on DRUMS, and Freddie Hubbard on TRUMPET. Kurt Elling’s soulful ballads adds to this timeless talent. Then, when, Pat Green plays his solo on GUITAR, I contently sit at the bar, and watch from afar. Until I awake in the morning singing along, with Louis Armstrong, What a Wonderful World is such wonderful song. I can go on... and on.... and on......... |
Hey Jeff! How've you been? I checked out the Food Nation show but didn't see you. Are you on particular episodes or just not the Houston one? Also, curious to know more about the Seattle drum instructional stuff. Take care, Heath J. |
| There's nothing about bass fishing at all on here. What the hell! |
| Cool site, love the hair. |
jeff - please don't ever change your hair [again] your site looks cool. Why are you looking so mock-serious in all the pictures? Have you been studying to be a fashion model? What's up with that? mm |
Hey Jeff-- This is Ian, the sax player who once resided on Stella Street. Glad to see you are doing well. Hit me with an email sometime, or come by if you happen to be touring the west coast! |

You guys were off the chain last night at Terilli's! I am a friend of Nate(the guy that played bass towards the end) but you my friend are awesome!!! See ya soon! BigRuss |
| Dude, you guys blew my mind at Toreli's. I have heard some jammin' jazz sessions in my yime but that was off the charts. I cant wait to see y'all again. |
Jeff- Just wanted to say hey and that you're a very talented bassist. I've never seen anyone actually play a 6-string bass and play it WELL (very impressive). I've seen you at Terilli's (Daran's friends...) -Maggie |
Jeff, Similiar to Adrian's note, Mack Short told me about your site. Really cool! It looks like you've definitely followed your passion; Physics.....no, I mean music. ;) It looks like you're married also. I recall getting an invitation, but didn't make it. Shame on me. I'm married and have a 7 month old girl. I'll send pics and try to give you a call. Take care and remember "the tree". Ryan |

Hey Jeff, Man I have NEVER listened to 'EVERY SINGLE' sound clip on anybodys website (...well, except Victor Wooten's). I really like your style and the work you do! I'm a R&B/Jazz/Gospel bassist from 'Jersey' and I sure would love to be able to call on you sometimes! Keep it real 'DEEP' -and in the pocket. Much love and respect. (-any plans for a solo release?) |

Is this some kind of joke? I'll tell you what isn't a joke. Rudy Ray Moore, as Dolemite, is in concert in New York City this month. If this Plant kid wants to make it big, he'll do some studio work for that guy. |
